Tis The Season To Be Jolly, oh my the days are flying by, Thanksgiving will be upon us before we know it, and then Christmas, I love this Season, not the hustle and Bustle but the creativity
that seems to come to life, its like magic and this Holiday Season brings a little Magic to everyone .........

Penquin Card from the Cricut Cartridge (Joys of the Season) this was our challenge this week for BBTB to use the Penquin cut in a project, I didnt have time to upload to the BBTB web site, things have been a little crazy around here, I have had 5 Grandchildren that have been very sick with H1N1 flu virus, Thankfully they are all on the mend now, Sorry I have been away, hopefully things will kind of go back to normal and I can post a little more often........

Gourmet Apples, I have been shopping in these cute little shops where the sell all these delicious lookig gourme treats, like these apples that have all this wonderful yummy toppings and have always wanted to purchase one but never did, wellll I was thinking to myself the other day (I can do That) so off to the store I went and this is what I came up with, the possibilities are endless and Ill bet you would be absolutely adored by anyone whom would be on the receiving end of one of these delectable treats................I bought the best apples called Honey Crisps and they are huge, I melted down semi sweet chocolate chips and white candy chips used for molding, drizzled that all over and then sprinkled nuts on top and stuck a few edible treat Halloween thingies in there, I really just cant wait to try these or maybe not........if you know what I mean, you know THAT old saying about just eating one,Wellllllll.........What do Ya think?.......................................
Put these apples in a nice cellophane bag put a halloween tag on them, and you have the perfect gift for friends or co-workers......

try covering these with chocolate and rolling them in different kinds of nuts, sprinkles or candies, Easy and So much fun, the kids would have a great time making these and of coarse eating them afterwards.

AUTUMN

Just wanted to share a card with you that I made depicting a little fall, some yummy browns and Rust colors with a little hint of Gold, the back part of the flower is made with some cute fall material with Pumpkins and Blackbirds, Fall is in the air I can feel it..... I can even hear it in the wind smell it in the burnning leaves, and best of all I can taste it in the the wonderfully delicious fall cooking as we get ready to kind of snuggle down for the winter we tend to pick out things to eat that are fuller, heartier and bursting with flavor.......... Hot tasty soups, great Lasagna, caramel apple pie, yum..........This is all making me sooooo hungry,

I have just a few moments before I go to bed but wanted to share a project with you, this is a little accordian book I have had for awhile and decided to stick some Halloween things in there, I was thinking about giving it to a client of mine who has a little grandaughter that has a sight problem, she sees really bright colors and also were told Black and white were good colors for her to Look at, I thought this would be a great little book for her I left some blank areas so they could add some Halloween Pictures it would be a nice little keepsake, Im going to put her name on it and tie it up with some ribbon and maybe a cute little decorated box, (hmmm) anyway here are the a few Pictures of it sitting on my mantle...

OK now dont laugh, but I was browsing through a Halloween Magazine and here were these Pumpkins that had been made out of folded books, It may have been Martha Stewart, any how I just wanted to try it, I think this may have been an old Craft that was done Back in the Day (As my grandaughter says) I think they have made a number of things such as Christmas trees Angels,etc, so here is my rendition of a craft that was done in days gone by, but brought back just like so many things, I think He's kind of Cute.......or do I hear you laughing??????

Hi Friends I know its been a while since I have posted, been kind of busy with the kids just getting back to school and I have a little Grandaughter thats going into the Hospital to have her Tonsils out and were all little stressed out about that, I know she is going to feel much better once this is over and she has gotten through the first few days, she has been so sick on and off for the last year with throat and sinus infections.......... but I have a couple little projects toshow you then I am off to bed................This is a card I made and the little ghost is from the Paper dolls cartridge underneath is a little wooden child I picked up at Michaels, just to give it dimension, paper (My Minds Eye) Boo To You Collection, Alphabet Dimensional stickers ( Making Memories, Spellbound ) Ribbon....also some little sticky rhinstone gems......

Welcome to all of my friends out there that have been followers and welcome to any who are new, this is the BBTB end of the month Bog Hop, I am so happy you stopped in to take a peek at my project, I was fortunate that my Sister decided to rid herself of a Band Saw that had been sitting in her basement not being used so she gave it to me HOORAY.......Well I decided to cut some things out and this is one of them, I drew a witches Boot as cute as I could,and then copied it onto some wood and tada there you have it, Supplies used were My Minds Eye Paper( BOO To You )Ribbon, Wire, Rhinestones, Tag from Paper Pups Cricut cartridge, and the witch was a punch from Martha Stewart, this was so much fun I cant wait to do another one and by the way these Boots are going to be available for sale over at SweetArts Paperie sometime in September, before you hop off I would love to hear your comments

This was such a fun card, this was made for this weeks BBTB challenge, we were to use the Cricut Cartrdge The Wild Card( owl cut)if you dont have this card Walk..... HALLOWEEN CAKE

This is a Halloween Cake I made for a table centerpiece, This was really fun, This is also the best kind of cake because you sure dont have to worry about any calories, supplies used were 10 inch, 8 inch and 4 inch hat boxes, artificial flowers, DCWV Halloween Paper Stack, Black Bird, Halloween paper Cupcake Holders along with Martha Stewart Halloween Stickers, Ornaments from Hobby Lobby, if you click on it you can get a much better view, I love Halloween and all the fun things that go along with it, all the bright colors and fun Decorating, although it might be just a little early, I just cant help myself I get so excited when I see all the fun decorations that are comming out in the stores its makes me want to start creating things. Have fun and see what you can come up with.....

This is a card I made for this weeks challenge for BBTB, our team was being sponsored by a Company called Go Kreate, they have some really cute dies and some of us on the team were given the opportunity to create something using this cute little Teddy Bear die, I never thought about making him look unhappy that was just the way his mouth was on the die so I went with it, I dont think he really is too unhappy, maybe just a little, you know because of all that scarey Halloween stuff, like the things that go bump in the night, but once he gets all that candy in his bag he is going to be happy happy happy, I know were both happy that you stopped by, have a great day......Hope to see you back soon......

Cricut Cartridge Going Places Bitten By The Bug Challenge and Blog Hop.........

This Cartridge is one of the Best Cricut has come out with sooo....... many awsome cuts, dont pass this up if you get the chance , you always have a b-day or something, but definitely put this on your wish list, This is the house cut off that cart........

I'm so happy to be back I haven't posted in awhile I have been so busy since summer began you would think I still had children in school and now that their out I don't have any time to myself, but that really isn't exactly the case, the truth is I have been soooo..busy with Graduations, weddings and Yes I have had stay overs with Grandchildren, they love coming and sometimes they don't want to go home...well at least until they start to get bored.......Anyway here is my first project, Happy Birthday America....what better way to say Happy Birthday then with a cute little cupcake card, I had so much fun with this, it would be a sweet card in any colors for any birthday, Supplies used were Cordinations card stock (whitewash) bazzill card stock, Blue, White, Red, circle punch 1 inch, Paper (Juniper stars), chipboard star, ribbon, Corner cut from the Slice machine..... cartridge (Basic 1 ), and the cut from the Cricut Cart Graphically Speaking .......Freedom (Jumbled)

This is my second project... A Cute little Fourth of July Tussie, perfect for a front door entrance welcoming your guests and a little something to show my appreciation for being fortunate to be an American and having the Freedoms that I do...Supplies used were Bazzill card stock, Paper Pazazz...Stars, Nestabilities Scalloped circle, Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder, shredded crinkle Paper, skewer, printed flag, grosgrain ribbon, dried flowers and last but not least the word freedom From the Cricut Cart Graphically Speaking....Jumbled........

BBTB CHALLENGE USING SHORTCUTS PRODUCTS AND THE FLOWER FROM GEORGE:

Hello My Friends, If you have been here before Thanks for taking the time to stop back, if you hav'nt been here Welcome, I hope you are inspired by the projects and I hope you stop by often.

JUST A LITTLE NOTE

This little Note card Was also Created with Shortcuts Products, for this particular card I slipped a piece of lined paper inside cut to match the size of my card, I also cut a scalloped piece from this same paper and slipped it under the Bird, the flowers are from the George Cricut Cart, layered, the bottom flowers are cuddlebugged, I stamped the bottom of the note card with opaqe white stazon ink, music stamp, from Stampendous, Wavy Music, attached a bird and little note from Making Memories Spring Collection, added some buttons and ribbon.





THINKING OF YOU

This Card was created using Shortcuts Products, and my own little scraps of paper, just stamp the background on a piece of acetate (Shrtcuts Product )after that is thouroghly dry, cut small a piece of printed paper for the background, my piece was about 4x4, then I cut a piece of cardstock to make a little card 2 1/2 x 5 folded in half and placed on top of printed paperI cut 2 stips of paper for the side 1 in blue cardstock which I cuddlbugged and one in brown polka dot,
cut those to lenth and attached to the side along with a ribbon, my flowers were cut from the George cart cut at different sizes, Blue and then brwon polka dot the blue was also cuddlebuged as was the blue circle behind the sentiment, I cut both the brown circle and the blue circle from the george Cart also , I stamped "thinking of you on the " on the brown circle put them together and placed on the card, th scalloped piece you see is just a narrow piece of cardstock and I scallopped it using one of the Martha Stewart Punches, WHEW that was a lot of work, Not the Card! just writing it all out if you havnt tried SHORTCUTS products please do, I love them, They were kind enough to let some of the BBTB team try some thing from there store and the product is Awesome,

BBTB MUSHROOM CHALLENGE & BLOG HOP

MUSHROOM CHALLENGE AND BBTB BLOG HOP.......Hello...... its that time again our Monthly BBTB Blog Hop, Our Challenge this week was to use the Mushroom from the Cricut Tinkerbell Cart, I used yellow Dotted Swiss Bazzill cardstock for my base and added a printed piece of Paper from My Minds Eye, Zig Zagged stitched on top, the Mushroom is cut from White cardstock and Embossed with the Tiny Heart Cuttlebug Folder, I cut the top layer out of red cardstock using the Layer feature and glued that on top, Then .....Yep you guessed it POP DOTS, I LOVE THOSE POP DOTS, I folded the edge of the card back and Placed Corner Embellisments from Making Memories Red and Pink Glittered Clears, the Pink and White stripe embellishment on top is chipboard also from Making Memories Spring collection.......This was a fun Challenge so get out those Tinkerbell carts and Try making some Cute mushrooms.........Now For The really Fun Part and to win some of my Bog Candy just become a follower and leave a comment and On Saturday June 6th I will pick a lucky winner using Random.Org.

Here I printed out( I Heart You very Mush )on the computer, then die cut the printed words with a Nestabilities, the frog is from Imaginisce ( SweetArts Paperie) I Stamped on white cardstock and colored with a green Copic Marker cut him out and used a pop dot....... the little Mushrooms are from K&CO........Berry Sweet.

I used a Grosegrain red ribbon tied a bow and added a Flower from Prima Floral Embellishments...........
